ReAvat on the EduTech Challenges
On 26 October, the EduTech Challenges took place in Rome, organized by Talent Garden. The main attraction of the event was the presentation of ReAvat to the public. It is the first AI generator program in Italy, developed by ASC27.
But what can ReAvat be used for?
With ReAvat you can create videos where you speak other languages without having to learn them, with just a few clicks.
Here’s an example of our colleague Carmelo speaking Chinese and Portuguese.
Of course, Carmelo doesn’t actually speak Chinese or Portuguese. He didn’t even say these words in Italian. In the case of ReAvat, all you have to do is paste into the application the text you want your avatar to say. So you don’t have to spend hours recording a video of yourself. In fact, all you need for your avatar is a minute of video and a minute of audio. If you would like to learn how to do it, then read our guide about creating the video file and creating the audio file for your own AI avatar.
Back to EduTech Challenges
EduTech Challenges was an international conference where participants could listen to the views and experiences of experts in AI and edutech. Immediately after the keynote speech by the event organizers, Nicola Grandis, CEO of ASC27 and AIDA46, gave a presentation entitled “Deepfake boundaries”.
The main attraction of her speech was the presentation of ASC27’s new software ReAvat. A video of Carmelo’s avatar was also screened for the attendees, which was a great success. The other surprise was presented at the end of Nicola’s speech: an Italian-speaking avatar of Steve Jobs.
