Modern Slavery Statement - ReAvat | AI Avatar and Voice

Modern slavery is a heinous crime, a morally reprehensible act that deprives individuals of their liberty and dignity for the gain of others. It’s a pressing issue affecting millions globally, even in developed countries, where people are subjected to various forms of slavery. Every company faces the risk of involvement in this crime, whether through its operations or supply chain. This statement, published by ASC27 S.r.l, aligns with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and represents the company’s first Modern Slavery Statement. It aims to convey the steps taken and committed to in the medium term to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chains.

1. The risk profile of individual countries based on the Global Slavery Index.
2. Services provided by suppliers.
3. The presence of vulnerable demographic groups.

ASC27 S.r.l. operates the following policies for identifying and preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operations:

Code of Conduct: Our code sets clear expectations for employees, guiding their actions and behavior when representing the business. We maintain the highest standards of conduct and ethics, both domestically and in our supply chain management.

To raise awareness of modern slavery issues, ASC27 S.r.l. has distributed informational materials and sent emails specifically addressing modern slavery to our staff. These communications cover:

1. Indicators of potential slavery or human trafficking cases.
